Japanese Music Artists "Kill and Save" Elimination Game

I just copied this over from a thread I started on last.fm. We shall see which game is more active...

Game setup: There are 20 Japanese music artists in the game list. Each artist has 20 points. Players add and deduct points for artists on the list.

Rules:
1) For each turn a player adds one (+1) point to one artist and deducts one (-1) point from another.
2) A player waits for another player to take their turn before taking another turn.
3) When an artist has zero points they are "killed" and removed from the game. The player who eliminated them adds another Japanese music artist to the game (with 20 points).
4) When an artist has 40 points they are "saved" and removed from the current game. The player who promoted them adds another Japanese music artist to the game (with 20 points).
5) "Saved" artist names are kept on the "Save" list.
6) *Suggestion*: When 20 artist names are saved, the game is started over with those artists. They start over with 20 points.

^ Uh Chris, you're supposed to add one point to one artist and take one point off of one artist....So I've only taken into account Cocco and Ai Otsuka off of your post.

The other thing done on the thread where I took this game from is that each player copies the latest list into their post from the previous player. Then they update it with plus and minus signs to show their play, update the artists' scores and remove the plus and minus signs entered by the previous player.
