Re: "Smaller" Stories
A high school prank from 20 years ago is a bit much to be stopping someone at the border. And adding to it, questioning him about his uncle's death...what did that have to do with anything because if it did, American police would have questioned him a long time ago.
That poster should be placed several places. Might make some people think for a moment before they do something stupid...
...and stealing a High School goat is not it. Killing the goat, yes.

He's probably right...even though it was clearly posted and there was a rail that THEY HAD TO CLIMB OVER!.

She was probably hot or sweaty from the hike to get up there. Can't have that! Sadly I bet the family will sue the park district. They had a rock climber that died climbing glacier point and his family sued.

Crazy cheerleader mom is crazy!
And she must have really pissed The Court off since they brought up her spelling and grammar mistakes that were in the original brief.

My first thought when I saw this headline was "She was with a guy."
I was right!

Talk about "The Stare of Death!" I wonder if the Taiwanese Police did a Health and Welfare check on the guy later that night!

This is why he deserves the Big Bucks. Most other people would have said "Take me to the hospital NOW!" It does make you wonder if the Trainers and Medics just threw their hands in the air and said "I give up. Dumb damn stubborn mule!" I'm sure his wife has called him that by now!

Police pepper spray Haka dancers at football game
I do believe this was an over-reaction. Expecially if people were telling the police that it was okay. While I understand that the group was blocking an exit, there were obviously others that people could have been directed to.
