Actually, I think that's part of a training thing for those dogs. They are K9s and they aren't supposed to let anything distract them from what they are doing or what they are told. So, they were told to sit/stay and the cat was released past them. I don't know what would happen if a dog disobeyed...the cat would probably run like hell and the dog would have to be retrained or released as a K9 flunky.

One of these days I'll have to have my camera on me when I do deliveries. There's this one cat that always sits in the mini bay window at the front of the house at this one place that orders every other week or so. He'a big ole fluffy thing and just lays there watching out all the time the owners say. It's his window heh.
